Personalized Homecare is an agency that was conceived to offer supportive, compassionate in-home care to elderly clients at the lowest possible cost commensurate with quality care. Our targeted client is frail, elderly, and requires assistance to remain independently at home.
In addition to serving the needs of seniors privately, the company has provided services for AAA4 in the County of Sacramento and is currently providing services for California Collaborative MSSP Program and the Del Oro Caregiver Resource Center.
Our aim is to provide our clients with the fulfilment that they are paying for service comparable to the quality of care. Our rate structure has been established at current levels.
Our company also assures that we fully pay all necessary Federal, State and Local taxes, Worker’s Compensation insurance, Bond insurance, and Liability insurance requirements. Visits made by our Program Director or Care Coordinator for assessment purposes are conducted at no cost. Clients are billed twice a month for services rendered.
There is NO contract to sign. Our minimum service is one hour. There is NO minimum number of hours required to start or maintain our services.
Business hours are Monday thru Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We have on-call staff available 7 days a week to answer any of your inquiries, concerns, and questions.
